Private receptions and wine tastings
in Rittenhouse Square

Tria Events is our private event space in the heart of Rittenhouse Square. Steps from Tria Rittenhouse, Philly's original casual wine bar, it's an intimate room where you'll find the wine and the warmth that have made Tria a Philadelphia institution since 2004. We host corporate gatherings, group wine tastings, and social celebrations for up to 50 guests.

    Effortless Receptions

    A room of your own, small enough that people actually talk to each other. Guests stand, move, and graze on the wine and cheese Tria is known for. You choose your food and your bar; we handle the rest.

    Interactive Wine Experiences

    Our wine director leads a guided tasting for your group: seven or eight pours, fun and never stuffy. Book one on its own, or add a short version to any reception.

  • Up to 50 for a standing reception, with limited seating around the room. Our seated wine tastings run up to 30.

  • No. Every event here is a standing reception, with seated service reserved for our wine tastings. If you want a plated dinner, we’re happy to point you somewhere that does it well.

  • The food and beverage minimum is $1,500, higher on some dates. There’s no room rental fee when you hit it.

  • Absolutely! An interactive wine tasting can either be the main event or a short version added to a reception. A full class is $75 per guest, about 90 minutes, seven or eight pours. The short version is $35 per guest.

  • No. The room is built around wine and adult conversation, and we’d rather tell you now.

  • Holiday dates in November and December go first, often by early October. Everything else, a few weeks is usually enough.
